I'm surprised you have not received email to the Yahoo address. Dumb question, but did you check your spam folder and add them to your contact list? I know ISP emails are sometimes blocked, but not a free webmail client.

They've been MIA for couple weeks, but seems Kim is here regularly the last several days. You should be able to get your problem resolved in the imminent future.

Same problem here. I have sent an email a few days ago, and didn't even receive so much as an auto reply, let alone a real response. No, nothing in junk mail. I would like to know how this level of customer service is acceptable for a service that deals with real cash. Unbelievable.
