I'm not saying anything bad about Global Poker, I really like it so far. I requested a payout of $50 just to test it out and get the verification process over with quickly. I sent verification forms from my gmail account and from my yahoo account, in case there's a problem with either email address provider. I composed a new email instead of hitting "reply" within the automated email I received after the payout request because I read about issues with hitting the "reply" button. By the way, this whole emailing thing seems ridiculous, to be honest, that you have go through all these loopholes just to hope that they receive your email. Either way, not a big deal and I'm sure the issue will get fixed in the future.

I haven't received a single message from them after 24 hours. I also just PMed the Global Poker representative here on twoplustwo, he hasn't responded yet either. It has only been 24 hours since I emailed support, so I'm not too worried because of the many good reviews on this poker site, but it makes me a little nervous that I haven't received any response from them whatsoever. I mean, at least let me know if you received my documents or SOMETHING. Just give me SOMETHING to work with.

24 hours isn't long. Give them some time.

Sounds like you've done everything correctly...maybe just send a follow up email? I've only cashed out twice...one time took a 6 hours and the second took a day or so. It's crazy to think how much faster payouts are here compared to other sites and having to wait weeks lol

I feel like the only help available is people telling us to "CALM DOWN!" What is this a joke? People have reportedly received their funds within hours. It's been almost 2 days for me now without any contact from the company whatsoever. Just give me a simple "hello" or something Global poker. Come on, don't just ignore your players.

They really seem to know how to disappear lately.

They started off with a bang and have completely fizzled out it seems

Sponsored thread and they don't even respond on here anymore. I'm definitely keeping a smaller balance in the future. Problem is this site is so soft I'm already cashing out every few days as it is.

Who said this, besides your other 2+2 account?

I'm having the same problem. If it's some sort of Ponzy scheme I'm going to be pissed out of my mind. They should at least have an auto reply for their email. Feels like the whole site is run by 2 people.

It is interesting how so many 'new' acounts find 2+2 around the same time to report a 'scam' happening, all in the same thread.

Tough to defend their invisible presence these days. Pretty classless.

Hello ChrisStunner! Good Day. We do apologize for the inconvenience that this caused you. May we request you to send us an email and include your 2plus2 account name so we can check your account and your cash out request as well. Thanks

Hi, Chris. I was the one who processed your cash out yesterday. Did you already receive your funds via PayPal?
04-27-2017 , 03:21 PM
My cash out is still pending as well. I haven't received a return email or anything. Who can help me out here?
04-27-2017 , 03:22 PM

I can't send you a PM but if you can provide your GP username here, I can check its status for you.

I sent in some documentation for ID verification and I wanted to make sure it was sufficient and there isn't a hold up with processing the cash out. I have emailed global poker support twice with no response.

Sorry about that. We're knee deep in emails since last week but I'll go ahead and look for yours. Just give me a couple of minutes.

@Cavy0019, please check your email.

Global Poker... how many staff members do you have? Now seeing that there are 60 tables up at a given time as well as several SNGs etc., I think it would make sense to be more transparent. Possibly add a phone line, an email autoreply, an FAQ section even. Every time I go to cash out, I still have the looming feeling that you guys have gone completely dark. Transparency is the best policy and anything otherwise has the habit of looking like a Ponzy scheme.
