Is there not any way that we can receive our MTT history?

ie: MTT's played, buy-in's/re-buy's/add-on's, placed in MTT, payouts, etc?

I'm not asking for HH's just the basic info above.

I am sure that you have this information and that can be e-mailed to us in addition to allowing us to retrieve from the site.

How about an e-mail to all players once the MTT has been completed?

Did support respond when you emailed them?

Excuse me for butting it, but I think Gluten misunderstood FireFighter...

I think FireFighter was requesting for Global to email the hand history to all players participating in the tournaments once it concludes. (A solution that I don't support due to it being non-standard, and people play 100s of tourneys and don't want 100s of emails, and seems to be more complicated than another solution).

Nope I think you interpreted it right (I read it the same and agree with you).

My question was due to the way this was posted, it sounded like support either wasn't emailed, or wasn't responsive.

Although I think OP just wants MTT results available, not necessarily emailed to every player at the conclusion of their event (which would be really bad for the reasons you said). Having results available would make sense though on an opt in basis. The player can opt in to getting the emails, or request the results on a one off basis. And the default is no emails or results notifications, so the majority who don't want this thrust on them don't have it.

No sir, not e-mail the HH's, only the MTT result of said game that you have just played. I remember getting them from FT or PS, can't remember which.

Yes, we don't have the means to provide those information to you. However, your request/feedback has been forwarded to our Management. Rest assured it will be reviewed. We are in the process of updating our site wherein all game played (history, hand or details) can be checked on your end.

There really should be the ability to find all your transactions: games, deposits, withdrawals, etc....even if they need to create something off site to enable it.

Hello guys, I've been search throughout site to see if there is transaction history of any. Reason because I want to recheck regarding my balance. I had $230 I sign up for 6k 2r1a at 8:30pm. And I didn't rebuy only buyin and addon =$63. So that leaves me $167 and I got 2nd in tourney which $1084. I should have $1251. Anyways, I know i could forgot something but I pretty confident since I only play one tourney that day. So, I was wondering if there any transaction log for me to recheck this?

Sadly I am unaware of one myself. I track everything in excel on the side to make sure its all working correctly. With that said, I would love to see this feature be added.

You can email support and they can pull the log for you. They did that for me once with no issues.
