Mobile site lobby refreshes constantly Mobile site lobby refreshes constantly

I'd like to report a bug with the mobile site. Using Safari on iOS 10, when I'm in the lobby, it constantly refreshes. I'll be scrolling down to pick a table and it kicks me back to the top of the page constantly. Then it will hang for a few seconds, then I'll scroll down again and the process repeats itself. Sometimes it freezes the tab requiring me to login again. It's extremely annoying and makes it very difficult to get on a table.

Otherwise I'm very happy with playing on Global Poker. It's great to see the traffic steadily increasing, and other than this and a few other bugs that I've already seen reported, the software is IMO the best of all US-facing real money sites.

I am experiencing the same issue. Please fix this.

Hi trevsea & indigophone. We have already reported this to our Techdev Team. Hopefully, they'll be able to fix this for our iOS users. Thank you.

I sat for almost 20 minutes trying to sit at a 50NL table on my iPad, and I wasn't able to. This glitch is awful. I'm amazed that something like this wasn't caught during testing. How do you not ensure your platform is compatible with one of the most popular mobile devices in the world???

I believe they inherited the platform from a third party so they could get the site up and running as quickly as possible. This was likely done to minimize the risk of creating web based poker software from scratch. I am sure they will eventually completely rewrite the software, or at least I would hope so.

I haven't played on mobile lately but in the best had no problems running the site on chrome on my iphone.

I have the same problem with Chrome on iOS, which is unsurprising because it's just a skin on Safari.

It was working before when we launched a few months back. We only started getting complaints from iOS users two weeks ago. What's important is that our Techdev team has already replicated this and bug and are working on a fix.

Any update to this fix? I understand fixing bugs within coding can be tedious, but it can't just be me that's incredibly frustrated with this bug.... Once again, I've spent ~40 minutes trying to sit at a 50 or 100NL table or create a new table because I can't get the screen to stay put long enough to sit.
