You could build up your roll playing 4¢ cash games, then buy into the 20¢ cash games and try and qualify for the freerolls. If that doesn't work then you can make a min deposit of $5 using PayPal.
Obviously I wouldn't mind seeing 'true' freerolls and would play in any that they offered but their already giving away tons of money in overlay and in qualify freerolls. Not to mention the 2 $weeps cash they give players just for signing up.

Yes ty for the reply. I did build up my $2 free money to about $9 last week. Then I played in a couple of the smaller tourneys. I was doing so well and then I took a horrible bad beat in both of them and got knocked out right before the cash. Oh well but unfortunately I am not going to be able to deposit at this time. I still have about $2.20 left I think LOL period but I will keep my eye open in case they add any free rolls at all.. gl to u tho!

Where was the add on in the 1K warm up game? No add on was offered.

Yeah, my table was confused as we didn't have the option either.

The set up was screwed up apparently, there was supposed to be 1 rebuy/1 addon but there were none of either.

the 2500 freeroll structure was funky as well some reason with about 64 left everyone only had 3-16 bb's ish thats just a punt fest at that stage wish u would have made a little better structure for that finished like 61st because everyone was so short

The 100 flop 10 cent minimum freeroll is gone? So now everyone has to play twice as many hands at twice as high a level? Not cool. Is this just for the March Madness period?

I mean at some point the site has to try and make money, right? Promotional period can't go on forever. They've been extremely generous with their freerolls so far.

While this is true, and promotions are obviously subject to change, let's not forget these aren't true freerolls, they are challenges that require the players to generate rake by playing in cash games to gain entry. So things like the 100 flops $500 freeroll challenge isn't $500 out of GP's pockets, it's subsidized by rake. If they are getting enough extra players/rake they may be making a profit on it. Which I'm sure is their goal.

I mean the equity on each freeroll is greater than the rake paid to get into them so it's essentially 100%+ Rakeback in the form of a freeroll.

I think that's certainly true of someone playing only 10NL only 100 hands and nitting it up, but maybe not of higher volume players. I logged about 500 hands of 50nl yesterday so I'm sure I paid more in rake than my equity in the challenges. What their actual end numbers are we can't really quantify.

I guess we have to wait for a rep to tell us if these are permanently gone or just temporary during this series. But I do agree with you if they are losing money on them I expect they would eventually change or go away. I'm just not sure that they are.

Well, there's now a HUGE problem with this. I was over 4800 flops seen (will hit what would be 5k).. but the counter just reset to zero.
I was at 4752 when the 500 flop game's counter reset, so I know exactly where I should be at. I will be at 5k before the game, but without the counter showing my actual hands, it probably won't let me register.

I sent an e-mail to support about it too... this needs straightened out immediately.

This has been a great promotion which really upped the traffic overall on the site, but particularly the cash game traffic at .25/.50 and up. Any plans for a new promotion after this one is complete?
