Click on their name and there is an option to add notes.

I remember playing on a boardgame site where someone apparently copied my exact screen name. It turned out they were using some kind of "hard space" ascii character. Don't know if that's what's happening here, but it's another thing Global staff should forbid in names (and of course normal spaces too if those aren't forbidden already).
