I don't think Global Poker will be big enough to blip the Feds radar for quite some time. WPN functions in the wide open, as do other sites. It would take very little for them to ruin the party if they wanted. It should be on its way to becoming legal, period. The Feds have two issues. Segregated accounts for US players, so they can lien against them if necessary. The other is taxation and collection of it. The idea that a couple hundred thousand people could be playing online poker and not forwarding the governments rake has them tight as a mofo. Once it is W-9 secured.....the gates will open. The concern for player's money is on the list, too, right after the color felt the networks use in their graphics.
Personally, no rakeback, HUDs, and other software is an attraction and creates a pretty new and soft player base. I see no reason for that party to end
