What we get from these is a whole bunch of info about your game name that can be referred to when collating information.

Table Stakes, Username, number of tables, browser being used, playing in tabs and windows etc

I honestly dont see the point in screenshots saying youve been disconnected. This is clearly a site wide issue. I'd say about every 15-20min or the majority of the players at my table temporarily disconnect.

I mean, I can fill this thread with 50 screenshots of the same "disconnected" screen a day if you want lol

Do it, and not saying this as a challenge, but the more screenshots and the more data that is put here creates more pressure and awareness of the issue. Right now our thread posts say we care more about RNG debates and gold coin refunds than we do disconnects. Litter these pages with screen shots and information of disconnects, and prove to Global how bad the issue really is. Its what all of us need to be doing that want to see this issue fixed, the squeaky wheel gets the oil.

I was able to screenshot a couple of the disconnects I experienced while playing this morning. Times of disconnects were 9:47 AM, 9:58 AM, and 10:08 AM (in eastern coast of US for reference).

I was only playing 2 tables, but both tables disconnected simultaneously at these periods. Using google chrome and having each table be a separate window.

went all in same time on the 3k and 7.5k sunday, disconnected, comeback and im out of the tournaments. sigh waited 7 days for that ._.

I gave up on playing GP for the time being. I'm sorry to say that I feel this may be the only way...a mass exodus of regular players who generate all the rake for GP. I already have some subtle tilt issues when I play online, and this just exacerbates the problem. Having to do a stop down for a screencap/save while I've got multiple tables going isn't going to help my tilt issues. Being asked to divert attention away from a poker mindset, even for what many may see as a minor ask, just doesn't work for me.

For what its worth, I just played about an hour session tonight from 9:30 - 10:30PM EST and dont remember disconnecting once.

+1 - I streamed for about 3 hours and didn't disconnect at all.

Same here, did a few SnGs and was fine through all of them, and everyone at our table seemed to be fine. We had one guy disconnect, but he came back that hand and was fine for the rest of it, so I think it might have been on his end.

Just played another session and while I didnt personally disconnect, I noticed plenty of the people at the table disconnecting.

Bad disconnects all the time yesterday.

I've played for 1 hour 32 minutes and have had 6 disconnects.

This **** is UNREAL!

It's happened 4 more times since I've posted...

lol while I was typing that it just happened a 5th time.

I get it Global, you don't want me to play, I'm closing down now (lol just happened a 6th time).

(ZOMG just happened a 7th time, I'm just trying to get to my blinds so I can quit!)

edited to add: One of my 9 handed tables went to 4 handed by the time I "connected"...so I'm guessing we almost all disconnected on the table and people left/got booted/closed down....it also disconnected 3 more times on me, finally got to my blinds and closed down. Wished I could play on your site, guess you don't want me to.

It is much better last night and today. I had one ~2 sec disconnect. Looks like they are fixing problems.

I had ~5 disconnects this morning that were all 2+ seconds.

I finally quit to go play on other sites.

I don't think the lag is caused by the amount of people. The site has lagged twice in the 16 minutes I've been playing and it's super early sunday morning and barely anyone is on.
