Just had my 2nd disconnect in 15 minutes (all the tables disconnect, and then reconnect in a few seconds), while everything else is working fine (watching youtube no issues, and posting just fine).

Anyone else having issues or is it just me?

Hi RikaKazak,

I just checked with our back office teams and our supports team and there are both no issues on our end nor have we received any other comments from customers about site connectivity issues.

Might be something on your end? My IT knowledge is extremely basic so I can suggest you try 'turning it off and on' but apart from that I am not sure.

Send a PM with your username, real name and registered email address if you keep having problems and we will look into it for you.

Has happened to me too. Goes down for like 10 seconds then comes back. Hasn't cost me any money yet, but definitely not a fan.

Happens all the time, lots of random disconnections/reconnections. Also once in a while when I click raise it timebanks me and then folds my hand, maybe another disconnection type problem? Either way it isn't fun when it happens with aces

Been having disconnect issues as well where every other thing using internet is still working so not on my end. Please don't go the route of Ignition by stating it is on us when clearly it isn't. Seems to be a bigger problem than a few people as I've noticed players at my tables disconnecting more often the last few days.

I was also disconnected several times yesterday. Also, while i'm playing sometimes a random table will just go black and i have to close and reopen the table in order to see seated players again. This probably happens 2-3x per day.

Been happening to me the past hour or so non stop. The site is super slow for me but any other site on my browser loads instantly.

Disconnects were extremely bad for me tonight on top of the games in general lagging at times. Eventually called it a night it got so bad. Once again, everything else on my internet was running smoothly.

the lag is extremely bad every weekend. disconnects multiple times on all tables for a few seconds. i assume its because of the increased traffic from weekend players, but its a major problem when it disconnects you in the middle of a big pot with no disconnect protection

Been disconnecting at an alarming rate as well. Really should be their number 1 priority right now.

I complained/said as much on the Improvement thread. Not only did it cost me my tournament in the Gold Coin weekly today, but also it's bad enough that I'm not coming back until they can fix this issue. Ridiculous.
