Hey all,

It seems you need to pay on a PC or Mac. When trying to pay through my mobile device, it would not allow me. Also had to call PayPal as well.

Just a recommendation for the sit n go's listing....you currently have the "running" tables listed first and have to scroll to those available to registration. If you had the running tables at the bottom and ones available to registration up top, that would drive more traffic to the tables.

Kimber

I ran the initial 2 dollars up to 550 and now have been on a 20k hand break even stretch. Please deactivate the doom switch

Suggestion: Add a way to filter the table list. I can click on the column headers but some kind of filter on top would be nice where you can check a box to only show open tables. I have no interest in full tables. Thanks.

FYI- The wiithdrawal fee that Paypal charges a US player is (4.4% international fee plus 30¢ currency fee) of the amount withdrawn.

withdrawal
$80.00

fee
$3.82

net
$76.18

I had 2 withdrawals in the past few days (each was under $100). I don't know if the fee is the same for bigger withdrawals.

I have requested a cashout and sent an email to support. Over 48 hours later and no response to the cashout request or the email, complete radio silence. Why can't I even get a response?https://gyazo.com/05fce177dbe6348392d1b1f4f6f42e45

Try sending them another email. I made my first request last night, they requested documents & sent them in this morning. Few minutes later they requested for me to retake the picture of my ID because of glare, I did. Again, few minutes later it my cashout request was approved. Now let's see how long it takes to show up in my PP account.

Kimber,

I made a $50 deposit about 30 minutes ago, but it said TRANSACTION FAILED: INTERNAL_ERROR. I then tried again and the second time it was successful. My Global balance showed only $50.

But my Paypal account shows 2 charges for $50 at 8:51pm tonight.. Please refund one of the charges since the first attempt failed.

Also just double check the email you have registered with them accepts their email and isn't routing it to spam.

I did a cash out request this morning and got an immediate automated response acknowledging my request was received.

I checked on this, I have sent 3 emails manually now in total, and I didn't even get an automated email when I did my cashout, so there is clearly a mixup of some sort. Even if they are not sending automated emails to the account they should be seeing the ones I am sending directly to support.

The reason they arent getting back to you is because people like you are sending 3 emails for one cashout xD

Read the thread before you start flooding them with emails Urounder!

I am not going to email support about this because it needs to be handled publicly.

Situation;

Around 5:34PM PST I was playing 10-12 tablesof $1/$2. I was all-in on table "Fremont" on the river against player "chigah". After putting the money in the middle, but before the pot was pushed to me, a pop-up appeared that said, "This table has been closed due to inactivity" or something of that nature. I clicked okay and instantly took a screenshot of the pot to protect myself from software malfunctions costing myself money.

I then sat and waited for about 3 minutes while myself and 5 other players sat at a frozen table. Below is a screenshot of the frozen table.

https://gyazo.com/7a2a1e0069eb895e544faedaed422253

Following that, I closed the table and proceeded to find table "Fremont" in the lobby so that I could just open the table back up and continue playing.

At this time, I could not find the table in the lobby so I closed down all my tables so that I could check account balance to make sure the funds were deposited correctly after this obvious software malfunction and to check hand histories to verify I hold them for this hand as well.

What I found was that my account seemed to be about 1 buy-in short from what it should have been before the hand from what I believe. Therefore, it appears as I am missing the whole pot as well and that amount was $401 as you can see in the photo.

I tried to check Hand Histories so I could go back and verify if the funds were missing or not but the HH for table "Fremont" don't contain that hand.

https://gyazo.com/feec7bf3527cba92086b404ace0fb3fa

This leads me to believe there is a severe software exploit or malfunction that needs to be addressed immediately.

At this point I am requesting that GP send all the Hand Histories from today to my email address on file and that a transaction log of the table balance being refunded to my account be presented as well (since I cannot find this anywhere on GP).

I see you have a tourney series starting tomorrow. It would be great if you guys could synchronize all tournament breaks

Fremont was added to the game list some time later tonight and when I sat at all other tables I was required to buy-in with what I had previously at each table but Fremont allowed me to buy-in for $200. I clearly was not rewarded this pot and would like this resolved ASAP.

Thank you

Requested a cash out on the 29th and still pending. This is my third cash out but the slow process really makes me annoying, I hate to cancel the cash out since I have cancel the numerous cash out requests due to the variance. But a rapid growing site can't handle the cash out request promptly for a regular customer and my cash out request is still pending after 48 hours is inexcusable. I really have to question globalpoker.com's credibility. Under staff is definitely not a good excuse for a rapid growing site. I hope GP staff can take player's request seriously!!! I will share when I get my withdraw.

What's it like to have gotten a cash out already. I've been waiting for one since the 21st. They keep beating around the bush. I'm not bombarding them with emails either I'm just responding to the ones the reply back too. As of Sunday I haven't gotten a response. I've done everything they've asked. Should I post my issues on other social media sites to get their attention? Not to give them a bad rep but to get my situation handled? Poker is a job for some of us.

After numerous emails and messages GP just notified me my cash out has been approved and I will be paid within 24 hours or one business day. I can't believe they actually use CHECK IN THE MAIL method to drag another day to holding player's money. I really have to consider if I have to put up with all the hassles in the future. I hope GP management can look into player's cash out frustration. I will update when I receive the funds in my Paypal.

Looks like they are handling cashout issues before anything else.

I hope they dont put off handling the software malfunction where my money disappeared. Im being very patient but this issue should be handled right away.

I had one good experience was on May 21st, I made a $4500 cash out request and they processed within twelve hours. That indicated cash out process can be handled within hours instead of drag player's money on the site. That give me so much more confidence to play on the site and encouraged me play more and play higher. t play a lot of pots so my variance is really high, therefore I really like to have my cash out process efficiently so I don't have to keep too much money in the account and lose it all when I am on tilt. I have to admit I am a degenerate gambler.

I can say the cashout process has been pretty smooth for me as well. I have received 10 cashouts and the longest one took was 5 days.

My issue is not with cashouts. There was a software malfunction and i am most likely missing money due to this. Because of the software malfunction i cant even look up table transaction logs or hand histories to verify. Very sketchy imo.Table buy in / cash out logs should be easy to find.

Anyway hopefully you get it sorted out soon
Still unable to deposit via paypal and this is the only place with the issue. This is last attempt to get help, so if any global reps care to help a player deposit? There is an obvious issue with deposits

Can I please get an email response? I've been waiting for about a month now for my withdrawal. I was told it would be taken care of and it hasn't yet. After waiting a couple weeks, I was told I needed my roommate to send in ID documents to show we are not the same person. He did send it in, and I haven't received an email back yet. I just want to withdraw my money. Please take care of this. This is taking way longer than I want it to.
