I sent an e-mail from xxxxxxxxxx@yahoo.com to support and still no response. My username is bballin921. Someone has hacked into my account and chip dumped my entire cash balance to another player with the username "LethalLuck" The last time I wrote to support, it took 6 days to get a response. This is urgent and time sensitive. I cannot wait 6 days again for another response. Please have someone look at my case. Look at the most recent hands in my hand history for evidence. The two hackers sat together and gave away my entire account balance over the course of 4-5 hands. How am I supposed to trust a site that I get hacked on so easily and then doesn't even respond to my e-mails in a timely manner?

I won a tournament tonight (5/18) which brought my winnings to $95.95. Half an hour later my account was reduced to $45.95. Where did the $50.00 go?
And now i can't find an explanation anywhere on how to cash my winnings to my pay pal account. How do you cash out?

I had the following glitch happen while playing 4 tables on a Safari browser from my Mac. I was dealt TT in the big blind and there was a severe lag after the small blind had acted, while this same lag did not occur at my other tables. When it was finally on me, I reraised, got a caller from a player, and flopped a set. After the flop came out, it still lagged and would not give me a check/bet option, while my timer went down. When it finally reappeared, I was able to get a bet in with a few seconds to spare. After he calls, the turn gives me a fullhouse and my check/bet options still don't pop up. It forced me to auto-check and auto-fold to his all in as all I could see was my timer going down. I know for sure this is some sort of glitch with Global and not my internet as my other tables were operating smoothly. Can the Global rep please PM me?

Is there a particular web browser that is the most compatible with Global? I experienced severe lag with Google Chrome. Safari was working smoothly until what just happened, so I am hesitant to open it back up again using that.

Curious questions....

Ok I am curious. From those of you that like the site, what is the major appeal? Is it just because of PayPal? Or is it no HUD's? I have not tried to get BitCoin yet, bc it seems like a hassle, and I already have PayPal. Simple notes on player tendencies are fine. What is the volume of players like? Finally, how the he'll does it work? You buy gold, to participate in gold hands, that reward a freeroll hand for cash or what? The website explained nothing, and I don't do what I don't understand.... and the understanding had better be worth not having rakeback.

They have a FAQ which should answer your questions. Check out the website for volume and feel of the games running.

Couldn't agree more. I love all these rec's playing on Global, but I have never seen so many people freak out over $100-$200. The site is legit and you will get your money, but they have had alot of increased traffic. So if everyone would just chill out you will get your issues resolved eventually.

I've played from my iphone before, but I was already seated at tables from my desktop so when I logged in on my phone the tables popped up automatically. Not sure about the scrolling issue when searching for new tables but definitely designed so you can play on your mobile device. Maybe it's a glitch.

the antes in a tournament thus far don't really seem like too much but at the beginning is sort of a special tourney I've seen them before but I don't think it is typically standard but in a sort of positive light the antes aren't huge

Do you use a user id and password to log in? Or do you use Facebook to log in. If its the latter then its likely your FB account was compromised and they used it to log in and dump chips.

This is actually quite a security concern. I am interested if they will release any official statements/fixes about switching your FB log in to a user ID and PW (currently not an option i believe). Though with the way they have handled business in the past i am doubtful.


On a side note - if anyone is worried about cash outs just be patient. After verification my cash outs have only sped up. They are currently coming in less than 24 hours.

That is a very good point. I don't even have a FB account, but it is no great task to break into someone's account. With having access to accts with funds through FB, it is an easy poach. The best place to look would be the person the chips were dumped to.

I'm not 100% certain, but I believe the game can be played anywhere, they just only have agreements to pay US and non Quebec Canadian citizens. If that is the case, you should have no issues because your US PayPal account would be receiving the cash, at least that is my interpretation.
