Any plans on a reward program to incentivize play besides freerolls into small tournaments I have no interest or time to play? (and would this be retroactive?) There's no rakeback and the paypal fees are insanely brutal.

Also, can you please up the minimum buy in? 10bb's is ridiculous

I'm sure there would be in the near future. I heard that reward program is about to be introduced to our sister site. If it takes off, it would be implemented in GP as well. No idea though if it will be retroactive.

Make sure that you email us using your registered email address. As a security measure, we require all customers to write from their registered email address when requesting specific account information.

Yaaaaay, got my first 1st place win in the little 200gtd tonight...damn near 4 hours but I'm really excited..hopefully I can say this was the kick start of my tournament career someday...im sure global poker would love the press..

I'm having the same problem. I click to buy gold coins and it goes to Paypal. But once I am on Paypal's site it says:
