Well, I finally got word back from global and they confirmed my documents.

As for the cashout... well I ran so bad that I cancelled it.

But since I'm not ******ed like jimmy and others, I'm not going to accuse the site of being rigged because of it. I accept that in poker there's simply massive variance.

Maybe he has an edge, maybe he is inside the company. heres a video showing it (sorry for the poor quality)

2.) Since you did not do #1 first, it should be expected that you would address customers concerns after #1 - you did not. I still believe you would be wrong not to go back and address players concerns.

3.) Illusive's 2p2 account was made specifically for posting in that thread and on the same day. There is no identity revealed nor any history of this user which holds any sort of reputation within the poker community. Using Bayes Fundamentals, the people of this forum should put some type of probability that the account [Illusive] is real/fake. I would say that one should indirectly correlate the amount of posts and date of account creation with the likelihood it is real/fake. For myself - the amount I would let this post sway my judgment would be about ~2-5% (not very much).

That being said, I can vouche that for at least the time being, this site is making payments and there seems to be no odd play that I have witnessed. Customer Support is horribly bad and some of the tendencies this site reflect that of previous scam operations. Now, I am not saying do not play on this site but I am saying be careful by not exposing yourself to unnecessary risk on any new or unregulated site until they have a reputation that proves otherwise. As for now, they are not taking very many steps to have better customer relations and that by itself worries me.

I wish GP the best and I hope that the GP team starts working towards creating a better poker climate in the USA - this is directed towards Customer Service.

Actually, That's what I've been doing the past 8 hours, reaching out to customers who need assistance here on the forums, on FB and via our support service so don't castigate me for assuming that I'm not doing what I should be doing. I posted the link because I found it funny as we get a number of complaints against him or accusing him that he's a house player. I too am curious whether it is indeed from the real illusive or not though.

I am striving for the day I am winning so much I am accused of being a house player :-)

I attribute the recent issues to rapid growth but it might help calm nerves if someone from Global would give an official explanation.

Thanks Kimbr for playing customer support catch up on 2+2. Personally I have had zero issues with game play or cashing out. Unfortunately the satisfied are not as vocal as the unsatisfied.

Be careful what you wish for.

Well, the support team went on a tropical island with ****ty internet connection and then we went on strike and demanded better pay. Just kidding.
04-26-2017 , 06:04 PM
Just went through my first cash out process. Kimber helped me every step of the way. She was very professional and helpful in assisting me through the process. If I ever have any other problems she will be the first person I turn to for assistance.

If that is what you were doing then good. You need to understand that this is a very shady industry and that sites need to be held accountable and players need to be protected better than they have been.

Also, are players funds segregated? there are a few questions anyone from GP failed to answer.

His story sounds as if an opponent he was playing against was taking advantage of the free $2. Busted it then signed up again for another $2 .. rinse and repeat.

At least you can get on and are in the process of finding the issue. You could always download another browser also.

Good Luck At The Tables !!

Failed to answer? We addressed that a few months back. In case you missed it, here are the links:

Yes. CS failed to answer. i asked several questions in this forum that were never answered.

Why do you make it feel like you are trying to argue with me on every response? Where is the Customer Service? What every happened to the customer is always right? You should be answering questions we have. I-for-one am not a mind reader. How am I supposed to know that you guys posted a "segregated funds" policy on HSDB? I searched Global Poker and found this 2 plus 2 thread and saw CS here so I decided to ask questions. How am I supposed to know that this is not the correct place to ask questions?

Ive been screwed for A LOT of money on sites so it should be very reasonable to ask about my money and it's safety and I should be welcomed for asking those questions.. not made to feel unwelcome.

You called me out and claimed that I'm not doing my job and that we failed to address the segregation thing. I proved otherwise and provided proof, and now it's all about the customer is always right? Anyway, I guess we're done here. Just send us an e-mail at support@globalpoker.com if you need have any other questions.

Well, it may be my mistake for assuming you were not doing your job if that, in-fact, was what you were doing. I had not received a response for the questions I did ask and when I did receive a response about those questions it was in the form of "we answered that a few months back". Now this seems to me like you are implying that it is information that I should already know or should have already read when in reality I have googled GP and not read either of those articles.

Now, I appreciate you posting the links and I don't want to continue to go in circles with you but I feel that you ignored my questions and when I brought it up it was delivered in a fashion that was of poor customer service.

There is several reasons I asked the questions on a public forum and not through email support [support@gp.com]. First, support was not responding to emails when I asked those questions. Secondly, these questions are issues that I, along with many other players, feel very strongly about and I wanted them answered publicly so that there was more transparency and accountability held with GP.

I appreciate you taking the time in listening in what I have to say.

It's hilarious to me that people complain to support about iLLusive winning too much. To everyone complaining about slow support, blame all of the knuckleheads wasting the supports staff time emailing on winning players.

As others have mentioned, he is a very good player and has a deep understanding of PLO. He is a big winner but I have seen him get beaten for thousands in a small session as well.

That and each person emailing 30x for the same issue creating backlogs xD

Agreed about illusive. I watched for about 5 minutes and he seemed to have a solid game with very few fundamental errors if any that I saw in a short period of time.

I have a feeling I will be the next to be reported about winning too much xD

Bayes Fundamentals, Schmundamentals. Illusive confirmed on the tables that it is him. He created a new account because he forgot his old one.

Rude and very unprofessional.

Got my first cashout for $100... When I tried to cashout for more they ignored me. Tried a new cashout for a substantially larger amount and they are ignoring it. The cashout support for this website is most likely ignoring larger cashouts, that's extremely unethical.

What do you mean ignored? Are your cashouts not being approved?

I've withdrawn over $3,000 from them in the past 10 days and all have been paid into my Paypal. Three separate transactions.
04-27-2017 , 01:13 PM
I have done a larger withdrawal and, though the customer service rep in this forum has been unprofessional, I cannot say bad things about my experiences with receiving my funds, as it was paid out as well. Took about 4 days to receive funds from time I requested withdrawal fwiw.

I can't send you a PM but if you can provide your username, I'll be more than happy to check it for you.

Oh shut up, I like it when a company's employees shows me their human attributes. There's nothing I hate more than being overly-formal

@CSKIMBR, your put in the unenviable task of dealing with a lot difficult people! I'm just glad your actually here in the thread attempting to resolve people's issues.
