It should be approved within 24 hours upon your request.

I'll inform the upper management that there's a clamor for such. Thanks!

That's it for me, guys. See you again tomorrow.

You do not see under the PayPal login box and option....

"Pay with debit or credit card"? When I made my deposit I was a bit leery about the PayPal thing at first, so I opted for the debit card. It still shows on my screen.

I requested payout to PayPal 5 days ago, username glentom, and I emailed support for globalpoker 2 days ago, and have received no response at all. All I saw when I signed up to play was the advertisement on facebook that I could cash out at any time. Is this a scam? If so I need to set up a complaint with PayPal. Please advise.

Read the thread...literally no one and I mean no one who has a brain has been unable to cashout. The rep Kimbr here will be able to assist you, but seriously take 1 minute out of your day to read a bit of the thread you post in before posting. Legit site so far, publicly held company, responsive on the forums etc. so as far as I'm concerned they are as legit as they come for US customers.

Getting this error when trying to register:

Invalid registration details, check all the fields and make sure everything looks ok

All fields are filled out correctly and it's not highlighting if anything is wrong?

I just got the weirdest notice while playing PLO. It said something like " You have been playing X hours and have won $XX.XX. Would you like to continue to play? "
What is the purpose of this????

Edit : Upon further reflection I assume this is checking for bots?

I'm not sure the purpose of it, but the system does that every hour i believe. just lets you know how much you won/lost i guess

I believe I saw this in a different thread, but they are required per gaming laws/regulations in Australia to show that every so often.

Kimbr,

So far I am really loving the site. I know you guys are just getting started but I did have a few suggestions.

1) Please allow us more customized searches in the lobby, IE Search tourneys that are not running, search specific stakes we want to play, search tables that have empty spots etc.. This gets especially frustrating for SnG's when you have to scroll through all the running SnG's to find a game you can enroll in.

2) More options for gold coins, IE more stuff in the store.. Maybe make it to where you can buy a cash bonus or tourney $s with your coins? It just seems that a lot of us are going to be playing 500 flops at least a week in gold coins and there should be more incentive to win those games.

3) More tourneys during the day.

Thanks for remaining active on here, it means a lot to us US players to have a trustworthy site.

Can a Global Poker rep help me? I emailed Global Poker about 4 days ago asking about what I need to send it to verify my account so I can make a withdrawl and they have not responded yet. I understand they might be a little behind but 4 days seems a little much (especially when the auto reply they send when you send an email says they will respond within 1-2 days).

My name on Global Poker is the same as on here (Supermat)

Still can't sign up. I didn't even get an automatic reply from their support email when I sent them an email.

I guess you haven't read the thread?

Can I get an update please? It's been about 2 weeks now and I still haven't heard anything back. I haven't received a single email despite emailing you guys at least 4 times. I would like access to my account and have received no information from you guys about my status. I resolved the issue a long time ago and I'm still locked out.

Any chance you are using an auto fill to complete the form? That may show up as blanks as some forms at set to recognize the keystrokes. I pay two bills online that I have this exact problem with. I have to go to each input box and either type it manually or put cursor in the box and then hit spacebar.

They are actually about 5-7 days behind it seems. After you are verified, then it is one day process.

Yea, submitting fraud charges to paypal is a bright idea. Just screw us all out of our only option for playing poker within the US. Be patient, they will eventually take care of your cashout

I sent an e-mail from xxxxxxxxxx@yahoo.com to support and still no response. My username is bballin921. Someone has hacked into my account and chip dumped my entire cash balance to another player with the username "LethalLuck" The last time I wrote to support, it took 6 days to get a response. This is urgent and time sensitive. I cannot wait 6 days again for another response. Please have someone look at my case. Look at the most recent hands in my hand history for evidence. The two hackers sat together and gave away my entire account balance over the course of 4-5 hands. How am I supposed to trust a site that I get hacked on so easily and then doesn't even respond to my e-mails in a timely manner?
