Been trying for over a week bud. Good luck.

Put your money where your mouth is and... Prove it.

Not everyone here has been screwed by shady poker sites but some of us have. I have a few questions for you;

Why should we trust Global Poker?

Are player funds segregated from operations?

How can we be assured our funds are safe?

How will we recover our funds if Global Poker runs off? ie insurance

As much as i would love to trust a new "legit" poker site i have a hard time believing you can answer all those questions and Prove that our funds are safe with Global Poker.

The worst thing you can say is "your money is safe with us" without proof. I have heard this several times before and got screwed hard by several poker sites.

Thats how all the scam sites have operated. They have all had email support and no other option.

Right? They raised that big 16 mil, why can't they afford more employees?

I am new to global poker and when I logged in that last few days it worked fine. I clicked the button to view multiple tables and now every time I enter a tournament, as soon as I go to the table the site loses connection. Any suggestions.

Withdrawal received. Large fees from PP taken as well.

Still important to note that customer service has been sub-par and this site should not be trusted with large amounts of money until they can prove themselves in theonline poker community.

One thing to note as for my account is my previous cashouts have ALL been paid on a Monday and within 1 minute of each other on the clock. 9:28PM and 9:29PM PST. My guess is the system is automated. Anyone else want to check past paypal transactions date and time to see if this is true?
Mine have been on different weekdays, but always at that same time (within a couple minutes).

I was playing a $.05/$.10 cash game last week when a player sat down with the minimum buy-in that was really crude, rude and abusive on the table chat. When he lost his buck, he left the table. We were all chatting about this jerk and how glad we were that he left. Then someone said to just wait, he'll be back in 5 minutes with another buck, a different avatar, and a different screen name. Sure enough, this happened twice more. How is this allowed? I've been out of online poker for quite some time. Do other new poker sites allow you to change your screen name so easily and often? Doesn't seem right to me.

Lol, you got me. I have only had 10-20 posts and ALL in the Global Poker thread praising the company.

You may want to consider thinking as a good step 1.

I've said, more than once, their lack of communication is very very poor customer service and it is still the case. Full Flush was a scam and I have argued and shown proof that various aspects of it were/are. I pre-date Global's participation here and have firsthand experience that they are not a scam as you advise.

I do have a profound interest in facts and truth. When inane and baseless accusations are thrown out that are easily refuted, I will.

You have a dozen or so posts all bashing a site you are not happy with. They would be better off preventing people like you from joining anyway. Not a shred of proof supports anything you claim. Plenty of people here have had withdrawals and many have been frustrated with getting their verification taken care of immediately. Still, you want to alert everyone to avoid the site.

Every time someone jumps out of the clown car and rants about it all being a scam, there is quickly another new member or two that suddenly joins 2+2 and quickly has the same experience. Show some proof, makes the claim have a bit of validity. Your whining about it being a scam and the comedic intent to file a complain alleging no loss is totally folly to the many that have real life experience with the company in a positive manner.

If you take a break from your chest thumping and look at other threads, random accusations of players and naming them is not looked upon well. That is not a global thing. Post hand histories you have with them to support the reasoning to watch out for them. Just tossing names out and saying they are bad, bots, scammers, etc...is classless AND immature.

Initially, I was just trying to explain that they are not scamming, certainly not with the intent to steal your $20. I showed you they have millions in the bank. Instead of looking at it as maybe it is something else, you continued to carry on wanting to let everyone know you have no idea wtf you are talking about. There is this really cool site, Google, and they can provide links to so many answers. You replied that you didn't have a number to call, well....it can be found off that Google site. You COULD have asked if I would give you their number. I would have, but now you can do that big search on your own. The ongoing lack of common sense and logic belies your claim of a college degree.

If someone is in the US, there are ISPs that filter out some emails and you will never receive them. It was the case in one of the other threads, possibly your mentor's. He screamed that it was all a scam, no proof but plenty of foot stomping. When he finally asked for help, it was explained to try a generic email account. Voila! It worked. Same ranting, same adamant level of ignorance, same hubris of belief, and it will be the same end result. You will be wrong, just like he was.

The problem isn't you are starting to think I have a dog to fight in this. The problem is you haven't exercised any lucid thoughts since you started posting here.

I just had a chat with support where he personally cashed me out for $1500 during the chat. I think people are overreacting a bit.

Did he have an Australian accent?

Those of us that have been at global for awhile don't seem to be freaking out because we have been taken care of. But there are many new people who have only the recent issues to base their opinion upon.

I expect it to be better once global catches up with the player pool growth.

*** I have no facts to back up my opinion, only previous experience, so don't ask for proof.

How did you have this chat? Is there a live chat feature somewhere now or did you find a phone # for them?

So far zero support and I'm starting to lose any hope that I'll ever cash out. The support from this website is criminal.

This site's support is pretty much non-existent. I have been trying to get an answer as to why when I try to play, as soon as I go to a table, the site disconnects. I'm starting to think this site might be a scam. I made deposit (which it too with no problem) but now can't play any poker on here.

Support won't return email or answer questions. Won't even reply to my comments on this forum site. pretty pathetic if you ask me.

First off, you have a mute button. Second, people can't change screen names.
