I've made a handful of deposits on Global Poker and have never had a issue getting my "sweeps cash". but this time i accidentally clicked on the $75 option, not realizing it didn't offer anything but "gold coins". it took the money out of my bank account immediately. i have emailed Global several times about the mistake and asking to be refunded. i have yet to get a response. my global name is HoofHearted. Any help would be greatly appreciated #twoplustwo world.

We still have not received your email. Can you please make sure that you're sending it from the same email address that you registered with your GP account. Thanks.
