The $2.20 buy-in daily $750 at 5:00 PM closed within 5 minutes of running without a refund and confirmed by others in the daily purchase tourney in the chat who were also kicked out from the PLO tournament. Slightly disappointed seeing as I had won a large pot but not really concerned as I am sure they will sort out the refunds. Curious for why the tournament was closed as there was sizable overlay but the minimum number of entrants were covered.

I was wondering what happened to it. Registered earlier and then came about 10 minutes late and its not showing up at all

Same here, it canceled. I would advise to chill on this one a bit. This happened once before and although they never explained why (that I saw), they took care of all the players quite fairly.

Did you get an email or anything or was your account balance just higher?

They sent an email and also posted here, it took them a day or so to get it sorted.

Update: Was e-mailed from global poker apologizing for the inconvenience and credited my account with more than the initial buy-in for the tournament. Quick and effective resolution within 3 hours, nice job global poker.
