Didn’t realize that when u deposit $750 that you only receive gold coins rather than the sweeps $.. I contacted support two days ago received email today that they would be fixing the issue and crediting my account with the $750, but have yet to do so.. I was wondering if u could help me out globalpoker_joey.. For some reasons I can’t send you a direct message

I can't send you a PM but just to confirm, can you check with your bank if the routing number you provided is for ACH and not for wire transfer.

Yes, it was the wrong routing number, I submitted a request and included the right ACH number, is there anything else I should do?

I've had the same problem in that I initially gave the wire router # instead of ACH. Since then Zendesk has been no help. I pm'ed you on 7/7 with my info. Please fix this.

I just got an email from support saying my payouts have been processed and to speak with my bank.

I have nothing in my account. I believe they are still sending the money to the wrong wire number and not the ACH. I dont think any of my information has been corrected and money retrieved to be sent correctly.

This is highly frustrating , Im nearing one month for my one payout here and 10 days on the other...

Finally received my money!!! Can confirm the issue was a mismatched GP and bank name.

Still nothing, got a PM saying the funds will be in early this week. I had no issues with Paypal but this is taking longer than 2 weeks. Please fix this Joey/kimber

Hello I have had a cashout since June 14th and another one a week ago that haven't been paid. I gave them the Wire routing number instead of the ACH at first but have since gave them the right one can you please check if they updated the routing number to the ACH one. They just keep telling me to wait 5 business days and nothing is being done.

kodak66 , Im in the same boat as you. Ive sent multiple emails with my correct ACH number. I have 7700 in limbo , I dont know why my situation hasn't been escalated . ive played a lot of hands and paid a lot of rake on this site...

They keep telling me to contact my bank but I dont even think they have sent the money to the correct ACH number.

Its been almost a month , anyone have any advice on my recourse ?

I refuse to play a single more until I get paid , this is beyond ridiculous at this point. Im very understanding but its been almost a month now and I keep getting the same generic emails from support.

Pretty impressed with worldpay so far. Outside of the initial cashout taking longer with having to verify info again its been lightning fast for me.

I’ve had an approved cashout for over 1 week now that is still yet to be paid with no explanation. Please look into it and follow up by private message. Zen Desk has been 0 help for me.
