Hi magurkin52,

Sent you a PM - your email never came through for some reason.

I have asked the lovely Kimbr to send you an email so if you reply to that when you receive it then she will be able to personally assist you on this one.

Can I send verification documents in prior to withdrawling?

I just want the payout to be fast when I do decide to withdraw
07-27-2017 , 11:54 AM
It doesn't take long (2 hrs in my case) if you send all the required docs. Yes, you can but it's really not necessary.
07-27-2017 , 02:45 PM
I just wanna put my 2cents in, i put my docs in 2hours ago and got an email that they approved them just now. Just make sure you follow the rules and give clear ids and docs!

Not sure if you can I would contact support if you really want to do this. I feel like even with the verification process that it went really fast for me (2 days and that was because it took a day for me to get the docs in) but if thats not fast enough I guess its worth a shot.

I did it late at night on the East Coast (US) and it took 5 minutes turnaround.

First cash out, including document verification, took < 24 hrs. Money was in my Paypal account when I woke up.

Submitted cashout request on 7/29, still pending with no feedback from GP. I've PM'd CSAdmin for a status.

Im unable to deposit with my visa debit card as a guest, its a mainstream USA bank, the one that got in trouble for creating millions of fake accounts a couple years ago that was in the news. I really dont want to have to drive to a store to depo on paypal or have to wait for a few days for the pay pay depo to go thru to then be able to depo said funds on gp. One of the tin foil hat guys posted about this somewhere, another big bank too having same issue. message from GP is "instrument declined"

First cashout here as well, whole process including ID verification took just over 24 hours (funds received to Paypal).

First cashout took <24 hrs, here.

Cashout in my PayPal account within 3 hours with no fees removed. This was the largest cashout I've done on this site and like others have said, the amount of the cashout does not seem to indicate timing. Global is doing it right in regards to deposit/withdrawal times.

and now the $ i deposited at a CVS pharmacy last night in order to be able to purchase sweeps cash hasn't gotten through to my paypal account. Just hung up with paypal, they tell me to send in the receipt which I did and that now I have to wait 24 hrs. I am not happy. This is turning into a huge pain in the ass to deposit, the kind that recs and fish won't go through, game quality will continue to decline if depositing continues to become harder. Not sure why I couldnt buy gold coins as a guest yesterday with my wells fargo debit card, also not sure how paypal lost my PAYCASH deposit but for whatever reason there will be no poker for me for a couple days at least it looks like. I feel I am owed some sort of compensation from Paypal but I'm sure I woint get it.

Payouts are great though they do have that down. So did FTP at the end for a while when they were having trouble processing deposits, I hope this isn't a similar situation, I shoulda left more on GP I guess.

Side note - paypal reps did keep asking me what the $ was for and what I used my paypal account for, the initial rep and also a supervisor I asked to talk to when I got frustrated by lack of info and competence. Ofc I didnt say anything specific let alone gambling related maybe I'm a bit paranoid, maybe it's standard q's, I've never spoken to pp over the phone.

Mods feel please delete, edit or move my posts if they're in the wrong place etc, didn't see a depo thread.

In conclusion I think I got it handled, it was a problem on paypal's and they said greendot, their 3rd party processor didn't send the funds to them and its happened before but not for a while. Took 2+ hrs and 5 calls, 2 supervisors and sending a fax to get to the bottom of it. I'd hate for others (especially recs lol) to have to go thru that. Depositing cash straight into a paypal account at the pharmacy instead of doing the normal transfer from my bank acct wound up taking same amount of time and far more energy for me it turned out, hopefully i just got unlucky and it doesn't happen to others.

In the future you should just keep your cash in Paypal that way you can toss it back onto GP when you need it but you aren't actually keeping a large GP balance.

Yeah that is a long response from them. And keep in mind you won't hear anything until Sunday night, since it is their weekend.

Still BS. I've gotten nothing but a couple of auto response emails, and no reply to my PMs.

I'm trying not to think it's because I cashed out my entire balance and refuse to play on their site again until they get the lag/disconnect issue resolved.

I got my first two cashouts really quickly and then I requested one today and they said five days, so I wouldn't read too much into it.

Is there a limit on the # of withdrawals per week or per month?
