Contacted customer service and they are a bit slow and unhelpful ATM. Hopefully someone of higher power can chime in and help me out.

I've made multiple deposits and they all went through easily. Everytime I made a deposit, it would take me to the paypal screen and ask me to select a payment (I have my bank account routed to make things easier) and I would select so and viola money to play with.

Now, it asks me to sign in, then afterwards just takes me to the paypal main website and shows me my Account Summary. Why? I don't need to see my activities and summary? I checked around to see if I had a flag somewhere and there are no problems on paypal's end. Everytime I try to make a deposit under a guest now, it gives me the "Instrument_declined" page and no deposit goes through.

Emailed the support and they told me to speak with paypal, and paypal says there is no trouble on their side, only that global is declining my payment?
