I notice there are some regulars are playing at this site. Some people said some of these regulars are global employees. Is that true? Any names that stand out of the pack?

Highly doubt any regulars are global employees...There are regulars who play at this site just like every site that has ever existed.

I run into illusive in the low stake PLO everyday and he is like crushing everyone in all tables.

I've played a fair bit with illusive and watched the 10/20 games that he played in. He's an action player for sure and has zero fear, I've seen him with 10+ buy in stacks pretty consistently. I'd imagine his playstyle invovles a lot of variance. Behumble also is a crazy plo player, sat him heads up at 10/20 once and he's probably the sickest PLO player I've ever played against. I'm used to ignition where it's all anonymous, so seeing familiar faces battle it out is pretty fun to watch.

Yeah he played 10/20 all the time, now just 2/4 I believe, so I believe it!

It's a little unclear what you're asking. When you say "global employees" and given the thread title, it would seem you're asking about whether they have any big names that are being paid to play on the site to increase Global's profile. Given that I've never seen them promote any such pros, I think the answer is no.

Your second post is talking about someone who wins a lot at the tables - if you're just asking about people making a living by winning money at the tables, there probably are such players. But they wouldn't be Global employees.

Honestly kind of sad to see this. He could be a db at the tables at times, but had a lot of heart. I went back and forth whether he was just a complete bad player or knew his over-aggression was good in these games.

All joking aside, he was being accused of being a global player on these forums if you go dig it up because he was killing so many of the games. I just think people over reacted to how big his stack was no understanding how much he had lost before he got that stack. My understand is he is down about 70k. He did take down the $7,500 tourney last week though.

How did you come about this understanding? I would think the only people who truly know are Global employees who can access the data, and illusive himself.

I came about it from illusive himself. In chat in the mentioned tourney. I placed 14th and was at the table with him for a while. He could be just saying things, but I don't get that impression. Also he can be speaking of 70k overall. I am not sure if he plays other sites too not just global.

I was playing with Illusive he said he had been up 165,000 and withdrew about 120 of it or so , then downswung and is debating redepositing more or trying to build back up,

I dont think he went on a 150k downswing by any means

This was on a 1/2 table and we were going at it for a few hours

Very sociable on the tables too which is nice

I only saw him say 70k, although to me 70k or 150k those numbers are just unimaginable to loose in poker... maybe one day they won't be

Agreed on him being sociable. It is nice to see someone want to play, do it well and actually be kind. Instead of the interesting guys (lets be sexist, its mostly men that are jerks like this. Well boys from their mom's basement) I play with who start in on EV+- strat at a .25/.50 table against an obvious just deposited from Facebook player.
