If im on the button and i make it $1, the blinds are 0.5/1$, the bb 3bets to $4 and I 4bet to $10.

What is the percentage of times this has to work for me to break even?

So I am risking...

$10 to win $4.50,

Does it have to work 4.5/10 * 100 = %45% the time?

Assuming you only win when bb folds (which is never the case):
X . 4.5 + (1-X) (-10) = 0
X = 0.69 = 69%
