Question on how often bbj should hit (on average)

Im curious, how often should a room with 20 nine handed tables running have the bbj hit (if the bbj is quad over quad)?
The room should be dealing about 5400 individual hands per hour (each player has 30 hands per hour), right? So how many hrs on average for two players at the same table will have a pp, then get quads by the river?
I guess once we have that number, we should know how many hrs of play (on average) a players has to play before a bbj is hit at his table (above number x20).
