Re: Is PokerStars rigged?

Not unless the IOM Gaming Commission is in on it, since they've verified PS having segregated deposit accounts AFAIK.

Correct.

Re: Is PokerStars rigged?

I like that riggies all believe they see patterns and many believe they can predict upcoming cards, yet none have ever made any money from this, which if true would represent one of the biggest, most easily exploited advantages in the history of the game.

Riggies must be a kind group to not take advantage of their pattern recognition skill for endless wealth.

Re: Is PokerStars rigged?

The sites know when riggies are predicting cards, and counter their skills by double-rigging the games.

The bastards.

Re: Is PokerStars rigged?

Did anyone noticed?
PS has extended cashout period by 4 days. A few weeks ago they needed 3 days for transfer (1h approval, 3d transfer); now it's 8 days (3 days approval, 5 transfer).

Guess why?

Re: Is PokerStars rigged?

Given the timing of your post it looks like you have yet to figure out that they do not process withdraws on the weekend.

My last check took 2 days to get to me, and the last moneybookers/skrill withdraw took 10 seconds to process.

Sorry to ruin whatever sinister schemes you think are happening in the world that exists in your mind.

All the best.

No, it is really true, I flopped royal flush and everybody folded after my flop bet from UTG (I played this hand presumably very bad and nobody had already reads!). However, the dealer used a new deck of cards. Therefore, I think, the reason was neither luck nor skill, but rather insufficient shuffling of the cards.

Yes, well then you are either continuing the sarcastic leveling or not realizing that my comment about it being impossible was entirely sarcastic. I can't tell.

Is this really a pragmatic decision based on Pascal's wager in decision theory? This is a question.

Now there comes the joke: Two men come out from a casino. One in the nude, the other in underpants. The naked says: "I admire you, you always know, when you must quit playing!"
