Poker Math Help

I'm trying to find a formula for calculating equity in a somewhat unique poker game. If any of you math/stats whizzes think you might be able to help please PM me. I don't think the problem is all that difficult I am just really rusty. I'd be willing to compensate you for your time.

Re: Poker Math Help

Generally speaking you don't actually "calculate" equity for poker hands, it is found by literally counting the number of winning hands and dividing by the total possibilities. Winning hand combinations have to be counted. Programs like Poker Stove do this by brute force, simply enumerating all possibilities and counting winners and losers. You can take shortcuts when counting on paper by determining specific patterns and using combination math (combinatorics).

Why not just post your question?
