All-in preflop with pocket Aces

Anyone here actually statistically analyzed what happens to their all-ins with pocket aces?

I've heard many horror stories on how pocket Aces are intentionally dealt as stack assassins and to be defeated by lower pairs, strong aces or any other two cards for that matter. Not that I believe this, my aces seems to behave about right, exploding in my face about 20% of the time. Course, I never intentionally analyzed them so I could be wrong.

Hmmm.

I haven't heard of these "horror stories"... are you suggesting that there may be players alleging that they lose with pocket aces more often than they should when playing internet poker?

That is an interesting theory, that no doubt warrants some discussion.

Perhaps the following thread may be of interest to you: www.twoplustwo.com/interestingdiscussions/

Yes, you are definitely on to something. They are generally referred to as stack assassins because they assassinate your stack.

@david

Thanks for the redirect. Pretty much same issue there.

@skillz

You just basically repeated whatever I said. I'm asking if anyone analyzed it on a large scale, that's all!

@NewOldGuy

I'm not allowed to be skeptical? How do i know if I just happen to be above average in variance with 80 percent? I have only a tiny sample size.

It appears even suggesting possibilty at riggedness gets you in big trouble here. Why?

@Cydonia

Well, PokerStove don't count =_=. I'm talking about actual played hands. Thanks for trying anyway. Guess I'll have to get the answer myself.

*Back to the tables*

Thanks 2+2....

What else are you asking for? I just looked up what is my AA win% this year and the number is about the same as Stove shows.

That's what he's asking for, mostly.
