I thought this was a good example because it is somewhat common in the limit games. I think with a monster most people wouldn't want you to know anything at all, or they will play a game like, "I have an ace" but it's an ace high flush not a one-pair of aces.
This tell also appears non-verbally, saying "I've got something." by threatening to call and such, more subtle. It rarely is this overt, literally saying, "I've got something." And in verbal speech it's usually a little more cryptic, for example, "I've got a pair." meaning bottom-pair is common. They feel guilty about lying, and want you to feel guilty about potentially bluffing you off their hand. It's almost like a game of truth or dare.
