I assume a player is going all-in dark 'going' to the Flop, correct?
It could be a number of things, but generally it's just a player that's ready to gamble a bit or the stacks just aren't deep enough for this player to want to mess around with the normal hand structure.
You really need to tie in some 'recent' events (and that player's image) that the player has gone through to determine how wide this might be.
IMO these players either feel that they are flipping at worst and in general have the best current hand. Rarely would I expect to see much below that particular player's normal opening range. GL
