Man, some of you guys sound GRUMPY. Definitely some entertaining hands and moments. 15k viewers at one point, audio issues got sorted out, its clearly great for it to be happening. Cmon friends. Happy you did well Jaime, gl to everyone playing later today.

Im not looking for dry strategy. KomonoDragonJesus stream is the type of stream that suits me, relaxed, reasonably high stakes, no stream of buzzwords, good chat, the subs are high quality. I don't think Dariusz considers it high level strat stream.

I don't blame streamers for pandering to the audience, people and their money are easily parted, if I was capable of it I would be on that train too in a heartbeat.

Sorry if I interrupted the nauseating brown nosing that consumes a lot of these threads but I don't have to agree with the majority.

How'd the reaching out go BTW? Did you ever blag that free gaming chair?

I wasn't even criticising you (Jaime) BTW, aside from the Vamos-ing and copying elkys nonsense I enjoyed your stream too. I'll continue to enjoy it whenever I watch.

Same Samantha Abernathy?

Her interview says she was living in Chicago after college. Doesn't look the same to me, but sometimes hard to tell with and without makeup.

The woman in that article lived in Chico, CA, not Chicago.

Who is doing the Announcing ?
Who told the players to force fun conversation ?
1/3 players are jokes.
Please don't tell me this is the future of Poker TV
OMG!

I'm really enjoying this. Tons of action, lots of 3betting, cold 4bets.

Esfandiari called off 2 all ins in 3bet pots w Ahigh to lose them both, Nanonoko slow rolling him with 62 on J966K in one of them. Top quality viewing.

Yes, today definitely seems more enjoyable to watch. GOAT really makes the table more fun tbh.
Not that they play this cash game to make big stacks, but kinda weird that nanonoko isn't covering them all. He must have huge advantage in deep stacked cash game over everyone else.

Also I just realized D O'Brien looks hella lot like Hugh Jackman.

Some of these pros are multi millionaires. Why are they playing a 20k capped game ? (many of the players are buying in for 5k)

Just for the exposure to increase their "brand" / followers / paid sponsors ?

Ugh, this is horrible to watch.
Antonio playing like a huge fish, Helmuth looking for attention and of course he has secretly been a cash game fish for 20 years, some good players and some bad players.

The commentator is so ****ing bland. He's just reading the action, no input or personality at all.

The announcing is really dry and uninteresting. Bart is just not good at this type of announcing.

Much more fun listening to the players, earlier Somerville asked Hellmuth, "How much to sing at my wedding"?

Bart finally gave us some of his in-depth analysis that no way Jason calls with his counterfeited 2-pair on the river. Bart is wrong.

I agree with you but in fairness, Elky way over uses "So sick". It's almost like hes playing the meow game with it 24/7.

I wonder if there was a viable business model here to produce this kind of show, but using Twitch as a monetization tool, and not broadcast/cable TV.

Isn't this technically illegal because they are showing gambling in someone's home, and not a casino ?

Don't really know Jaime Staples, but he played well, and he's really interesting to listen to.

Not a lawyer, but I think unraked, private, "social" games are legal in California.
