BMing by playing extra cards or extra moves is less effective as a hunter. If someone is <10 health and you have 2+ cards in hand turn 7+ they already expect to die.

BMing is only cool when the situation allows.

Hunter BM's are usually boring and expected. Playing Haunted Creeper on turn 7 then saying "Well Played" then roping before Kill Command/Hero Power is like 1/10 BM.

I changed my deck up to almost exactly the same as this one (I swapped out explosive trap for 1 shredder, and I've been using Harrison over Kezan just for no reason lately) and I think it's a lot better. The Sludge Belchers are too slow even for mid-range imo. I was skeptical until I tried without them. Also think Houndmaster > Shredder now.

I swapped out belchers in my mid range a while back and noticed a huge improvement. I think my win rate vs other hunters went down, but helped in every other match up basically.

Yup, the belchers were great against face hunters. Without them it is definitely a tougher match, but whatever.

I had a number of face hunters concede on turn 5 after the belcher. I'm just saying they're better techs in the mirror than like Hunter's Mark obv. Kezan is the best though. It's hard to lose a mirror if you steal a secret.

Whelp have a bet with a friend to see who can get to legend first. Started 2 days ago with hunter. Rank 3 atm. 67% winrate with Midrangey. Tempo mage is so dumb

How much harder does it get getting closer to legend like ranks 1-2? I haven't really noticed a difference once past like rank 9.

rank 5 vs 2 is basically the exact same. rank 5ish i suppose you fight a few more people perma stuck around rank 5 and the occasional 6 or later, and you encounter mroe legends closer to legend you are, but if you're breezing through you will def hit it.

My win % against that class is dismal. All the other classes it's either evenish or ahead by a lot.

and it's kind of popular right now because it's good against patron warrior

lol just got beat by a patron warrior who literally played the deck in the dumbest way possible. He threw out Warsong Cmdr and a Frothy randomly and got them killed off quickly. That deck is super forgiving for complete newbies. And I should know since I'm pretty noob still and play patron.

Though I have climbed to R11 in a month of starting to really play the game.

I heard one guy on a podcast say that rank 1 is actually easy because you're facing a lot of low-legend guys who are experimenting with decks instead of people trying to get to legend. But I think I've only heard that one person say that, so ymmv.

that can be true but you also get more rank 1 tryhards, just matchmaking rng. if you are winning a lot and they are losing with mill hunter then the mmrs wont match up
