The whole "getting the right opponent is extra important in this brawl" is complete and utter bull****. I'm queing into a jade druid with my control warrior at 10-1. Obviously lose. Queue up again, assuming im going to get an opponent with the same amount of wins. Nope. Its the same jade druid again. I'm such a god that I manage to get him in a position where he loses unless he has his 1x copy of mulch. Obv has it. #tilt
Lol you should see this midrange pirate warr people are trying to play, it runs piloted shredders and sludge Belcher and Dr. 7 on top, it's so bad and I feel so bad when I lose
In the wild tavern brawl i was down to 1 health against some cthun priest deck. He had paletress and a lorewalker cho on board. I had to fireball my mad scientist to stay alive, giving him a fireball. He then pops my block with the fireball giving me back my fireball allowing me to topdeck lethal. These plays man.
Made quite a few misplays in this game but the ending was extremely satisfying, perfect fatigue lethal from 28 health to leave me with 1. Mill rogue is by far the funnest deck around just now.
On the SMOrc side of things i've cut innervate from my egg druid completely. It's completely dead if you dont draw it by turn 2 and the curve is so low that it sometimes doesnt even do that much when you do draw it early.
Really disagree, I can see maybe 1, but innervate is what lets the deck do its "broken" stuff, which is what a deck needs to survive. There are a lot of diff versions out there, but a t1 innervate fledgling is gg against a lot of decks, same with innervate finja/hydra on t3, or huge t1/t2 innervate buff plays. Sure it feels bad drawing it later on but by then the game is decided either way. You have 0 draw (besides mark which is even being cut in some decks) or comeback mechanisms so the game is usually decided by your t1-3 draws/plays, so shouldn't those be as strong as possible?
In wild I think its less important because egg druid is more focused on getting sticky minions buffed over t1-t3 and then dumping hand for jeeves.
I had my quickest/easiest climb ever to rank 5 and now I'm testing the ranked floor hard. I'm losing to decks of 30 random cards I swear. Someone beat me who was running 2x cleave and gorehowl in pirate warrior.
