Ya I almost feel like Grandmother should be taken out of Hunter decks because potion just rekts you so hard.

The amount of people who call themselves professional hearthstone players is ridicolous. Most of these people live in their mamas basement and hardly make anything. Look bro, you cant call yourself a pro if you dont even make minimum wage. Its just annoying to watch these people thinking they are the ****. They are even so far away from the skill cap its ridicolous. And that is quite impressive in a game as easy as hearthstone.

There aren't many good/great pros especially ones who are making good money from the game. I would assume some of the pros who get 10k+ twitch viewers are making decent money and between that, sponsorship, etc. it's enough to survive on.

Why are you so angry at them all? I don't think any think they're that much better than anyone. Most of the tournies are basically who can flip a coin the best if you can get invited/qualify. Most of the top of the ladder is who puts the most time with the best decks and runs well on match making. The gap between a good pro and a great is pretty small. Seems like a guy like Pavel is running insanely well in big tournies but i'm not sure how much better he is than someone like Xixo.

I don't know how anyone does it, playing mage is the most painful thing is this game to me. I am a terrible mage player and it is just a struggle to try to get 5 wins.

I make up new decks when I have a crazy idea for a Finja package usually, like Finja priest.

I also have this burgle rogue deck that was a ton of fun and was perfectly viable a month ago and can't win a game now, but I still like it.

What do you all think of running frothing berzerker in a taunt warrior deck?

Sounds like an interesting tech choice. It functions as a soft taunt, but they can't remove it because there are two taunts on board! This could be good

Or they're using spells they need to remove taunts on the zerker

It can make for some interesting combos. I ran it when I had three taunts on board, against an opponent with 3 minions, then ran whirlwind and combo killed two of his minions and keep my three taunts on board. He ended up being like a 14/3. I'm running it in place of acolyte and using Battle Rage for card draw.

Hallucination is way better than burgle.

One of the oddities with the deck is it seemed to do really well vs hunters... hunter spells and cheap minions seem to work well in rogue packages.

Has anyone else been seeing a lot of control pally and shamans lately?

I've been having a lot of fun with a control priest that runs Lyra and Yogg as win conditions. It's pretty insane you can get 25+ spell yogg's off if he doesn't suicide. It runs two curious glimmeroots though and I think they are bad I just don't know what else to put.

Maybe tomorrow I'll play ramp druid. The legend grind is really frustrating I feel like whenever I make a tech change or switch decks the MMR immediately ****s me. So w/e r5 for life. Some of the meta decks I straight up hate playing against; like secret mage is just annoying I don't care when I get 2 pyroblasted by pirates or a silence priest on turn 4 just how random everything feels when playing secret mage is maddening.

The control palladins don't seem too different from the aggro or midrange ones except they run lay on hands...they all run a bunch of 1 drops. And Tyrion. I think control shaman is really bad in this meta also...

Glimmeroot is a fun card but there's no way it's good.

I think you can improve the deck by adding a Tar Creeper or Acolyte or Auchenal or Doomsayee or a 1x divine spirit/inner fire or pint sized potion or Ysera (good synergy with Lyra/Yogg).

I've been seeing shamans in bunches this week. Like I'll get 2-3 in a row, then none for a while, then 2-3 in a row again it's weird.

I've only seen the quest/tokeny versions though, I've heard about control shamans being a thing again but haven't faced one yet.
