This thread is now over two weeks old! I've actually binged the entire season of GLOW, finished The Handmaid's Tale, and still put in about 30-35 hours of poker.
The fact that this HH is still going on, I assume that somehow our hand is good, but if someone wants to bluff here with pocket 4's, they're welcome to the pot. Since we didn't raise/try to gii otf when we were most likely good, there's no way I'm paying more than 100 otr just to see.
FWIW I highly recommend GLOW.

Finishing up:
The last action is anti-climatic. Check-Check.
Opponent shows pocket 8's. JQ wins.
Now, this hand after the fact prompted some interesting speculation among the various parties, which made me curious how people would have played the hand here.
1) The person who won the BB, was catching some heat for playing the hand at all...which I thought was a little strange. I personally thought JQ suited was a pretty reasonable hand for where he was.
2) The button at first was a little hot about getting called a few times, but acknowledged later that after replaying the hand in his mind, he didn't think he played it super great himself, but sometimes poker decisions aren't easy (Imagine how this looks if you were the aggressor on the button every street, and when you would throw in the flag...if ever)
3) The UTG+1 about had a coronary after the hand, especially when the BB said he liked his hand cause it was suited. He was riding the BB hard, but the BB just kept chuckling and stacking chips.
It was after the UTG+1's reaction that I was thinking about the hand, and thought, "I thought the big blind played that ok, and made some gutsy calls". But...I am no person's expert....so figured'd I ask you guys/gals.

Not hating the call pre, but lead out OTF is better imo. Why are we calling with QJss to begin with? To trap?
I'd lead out for 2/3 and take it down.
