Thanks! I rent a room in a shared house, and sort of took over the garage space (beautiful exposed wood rafters, too), but the owners are converting it over to another kind of space. Oh well, we had a good run.

Out of pocket, mostly. For the past year I've put out a tip jar and people have generously donated. I have a kegerator, so they kicked in per beer poured. For tournaments, when people didn't have as many cash chips on hand, most people kicked in $10, which I used for the food, booze, and cards. That's very generous of you, I should remind myself of this whenever I'm cleaning and packing after a long night, hehe. What stakes are usually played there?
