KEM's Jumbo Poker size. Copags are a very close second.
Though nothing beats a brand new set of Bicycle's for a quick game of 5-card draw!!!

The real answer IMO is this: Like poker chips, everybody has different preferences when it comes to cards. Read the recommendations in the other threads, try a few different kinds, and find what works best for you.
