It's highly unlikely (I'd say impossible) that 10 players will buy in for 50bb each and play for 9 hours with no rebuys, so IMO the 20% cashout rake is going to be a lot more than $200.
OTOH, the average pot in the casino 1/2NL that I've played is higher than $20. With a 10% rake
capped at $5 on a 9-handed table, I'd estimate that at least $100 per hour comes off even the tightest tables. It'll be worse with uncapped rake.
So I agree with your conclusion: a 20% cashout rake leaves a lot more money on the table. But I think your rake estimates for both options are
very low, or you play in an ubernitty 1/2 game.
