By killing the board. Who could have had anything worthwhile to play there? Pretty thin odds. For you, bad "luck of the draw" there.

That board killed your action. I knew my two pair was no good -- Easy fold. Would have been a different story if an ace had hit on the river, though, as I don't see how I could have folded the top boat. Still, nice hand!

I think I now understand 5-card draw. Tell me if I have this right.

1. Three of a kind is no good because someone else will always have a higher set.

2. When you are in the big blind, get to draw for free, miss your draw, and get out when a lot of betting breaks out, your Ace high would have won.

3. If you draw four and hit a miracle four of a kind you will get no action.

4. Full house is no good.

Is that about it? (Not that I'm bitter or anything.)

Dec 3 will be unlimited play-money rebuys, wheeeee! I dropped the starting stack to 2k, since I can't imagine anyone not double-buying.
