For someone on a reserved seat list? Other "occasionals" waiting to be seated? OK I think 15- 20 minutes is plenty of time. Just make sure everyone understands the cut off time clearly and know they will go from reserved to waiting list if 15- 20 minutes late...Also important for the game to start on time if a reserved seat system is used I think.
