Can anyone give me some advice on how to structure this home NL holdem tourney?

I've got about 20 players starting on two tables. Ideally it should last no longer than 5 hours. Here's my chip breakdown:

Relatedly, is there software I can use to do this, and to run the game, that doesn't cost > $100 or something? Is Tournament Directory pretty much the go-to app for this?

OK, I've checked out the Tournament Director software, and I think I've got it figured out.

So, no need to respond to this unless you want to. I'd be glad to post my structure if anyone is interested.

TD will be a great solution if you want to buy it. You could also take a look at Blind Valet, which is free. It doesn't do everything TD does, but it has some interesting features TD doesn't, like supporting multiple displays (even smartphones) over wifi.
