I've been wanting a custom set for a long long time, but never could commit to anything. I built a table (link here) earlier this year and got a custom cloth on it with my car (Pontiac G8 ) and our group name on it that helped solidify everything. I thought I was going to have to wait for a while on these chips since I am out of a job, but my wife said I could order these for my birthday next saturday. That combined with b-day/x-mas money from the last 2 years meant I could order what I wanted. 8)
This cash set will work with both our NL games and with our mixed rotation games that include antes which is why I ended up ordering more 5 cent chips than most would as I hate when I have to make change every other hand.
Total Ordered
305 x Lavender (Received 311)
405 x Pink 214/green (Received 309)
205 x Imp. Blue 314/Retro Blue (Received 207)
85 x Man. Red 414/White (Received 89)
25 x Yellow 6A14/Choc + Dg. Yellow (Received 29)
Overall I'm super impressed with the quality of the work here. Customer service was top notch since I know they pushed to get these done before my b-day. I wasn't planning on having them in time for tomorrows game.
Wow. Beautiful chips, love the colors. Congrats on a nice purchase. Why yellow $20's instead of green $25's? Not hating, green 25s are just ingrained from pokerstars etc.

How many people do you know that buy in with $25 dollar bills?
I suddenly want to buy this even tho i never play home poker. Where and how much OP?
ASM's website is below. They sell chips on pokerchips.com, but they are more expensive through another party. Pricing depends on the spot levels you choose along with if you want inlays like I went with vs. hot stamped or blanks.
Not having a job, you really could be pissed and broke lol. Jk. Very jealous obv. Nice nice set. Very pretty er ummmm handsome....
Thankfully not broke, but very pissed off

Yeah the common thing is to have $25 green chips, but everybody rebuys with $20 bills. Makes it much easier toward the end of the night so for me this was an easy decision even though it isn't the norm. If we played a higher stakes game with people rebuying with $100 bills, then I would go with the green $25 as that would be 1 less chip needed per $100.
Love the chips with the felt. I also like that you went two colored felt as opposed to the racetrack. I'm jealous that you have a shuffletech built in to the table. I really wanted one, but it really doesn't work as well with the round/cloth design I wanted.
I love the A-mold and its even better on yours since it matches the Atlantis. I didn't go with a tourney set with these since I have a Grand Island set that we can use for the tournies that we never play...
$20s are my favorite -- except maybe for the hundos that I assume are on backorder? very most excellent job on the spot colors and progression. everything works great on that table.
you happy with your choice for black labels? what do dirty stacks with 5s and .25s look like?

ASM rocks. Happy birthday!
Hundos I didn't order because I ideally would like to get them in the 44mm which they aren't running right now. The only downside is I would have to order 200. I just think that it would be cool to have an oversized chip for that denom.
I love the black labels I think they were definately the way to go especially since the felt is black. It just took a lot of messing with to make sure that the colors I picked were bright and stood out. The only issue is if you look really closely you can see a white border on some of them. I took a picture of the worst one I got sent so you can see what I'm talking about better so keep that in mind when your looking at it.

Very nice. In the end, I went Ceramic, but this is clearly one of the top choices.
It is definitely a personal preference and I'm very far on the clay side. Although I do own a set of ceramics so I'm not a clay snob by any means as I will use them occasionally.
