Correct Milano Thickness? Correct Milano Thickness?

Hey all, I bought some used Milanos that came from the defective batches they made a few years ago, and I'd like to take a thickness caliper to them and through out the bad ones.

Can somebody who's getting 20 to a row in a rack let me know what thickness measurement they're getting?

I didn't know there was specific defective batches. I have a lot of Milano chips (1650+) from different sources and definitely have some that are off and fit more than 20 to a rack.

That said I am not picky about thickness for my year end tournament and would be willing to pay you a deeply discounted price for the bad chips versus you throwing them out.

Thanks,
Grant

That's odd, my Milanos are thicker than most chips, I can only get 19 to fit in most racks.

I got a pair of calipers and will let you know what the good vs. defective ranges are.

racked 20 - these fit comfortably with room to jiggle a bit

A snug but not stuffed rack is 70mm to the stack, with average chip size 3.5mm. I opened a new sleeve and saw some deviation in sizes, but nothing crazy. I'll compare to a bad batch.

My 1000ct set just arrived this afternoon. Overall I'm happy but I did notice that the .25 chip stacks are shorter. My $1, $5, $25, and $100 stacks are all basically the same height.

Not the end of the world to me, but I can imagine it could irk someone.
