Het guys I run a .25/.25 cash game and am looking for some input on chips to buy. I'm not looking to spend thousands. Looking for .25/1/5 chips.

any advice would be awsome

Yeah, there's a thread in here about mid-range chip sets that I think would be solid advice for precisely this question. And we've had about a dozen folks come through just this year asking about chip breakdowns for a $0.25/$0.25 or $0.25/$0.50 game. Give those a look; the discussions are pretty extensive.

go with custom chips - safety, even at that stakes will give you long term peace of mind. and if you're looking for long term quality, ask the guys at chiptalk.net great resources, and the gallery is a great source for inspiration. love that you're running a game with lower stakes, i think there should be more games spread at that limit.
