To further nit up a nitty thread, player did NOT disclose the contents of a live hand (to anyone that mattered)... ...as his hand did not contain the cards he stated and "flop-caller" has already folded.

I don't think the rule about disclosing your cards only applies to truthful disclosure.

I know there is a school of thought that says players can lie about there hands but not tell the truth .... but to me that is just a silly semantic exercise.
