Blind structure - thoughts?

So I host a home tournament on a regular basis for some of my friends. We have played quite a few times, and it has worked pretty well. The group is a mix of people that play it quite often (like me), and some that are very new. What do you think about this structure?
T1500.
30 min levels.
Scheduled length about 4 - 4.5 hours. (which is mostly accurate the times we have played)

How about this. Start with 2k in chips.
(25) Green x 12ea. = 300
(100) Black x 12ea = 1200
(500) Violet x1ea = 500
25-50
50-100
75-150
100-200
150-300
200-400
350-500
400-800
500-1000
600-1200
800-1600
1000-2000

I could, but my chipset was expensive, and I need a schedule that fits my chipset:
200 pcs of 5s
150 pcs of 25s
100 pcs of 100s
50 pcs of 500s
So then that will not work well.

Make the 4th level 25/50 for a smoother progression
Maybe also go from 40/80 to 75/150, 125/250.. structure seemed a little too slow in some spots
