2-4 or 2-5 limit mixed game?

I am starting a mixed game and want to play friendly stakes. I think 1-2 is a bit low, 2-4 feels just about right. However, I have a chip set designed for NL, meaning not a lot of 1's and a good amount of 5's (like 300 1's and 300 5's). And yes, the denoms are printed on the faces. Here is the question: how "wrong" or different would a 2-5 limit game play from a 2-4 limit game?

I think that would work Ok. You could all agree that the $5 chips equal $2 for that night and that would probably work pretty well for a $2-$4 game. Of course its annoying to say they worth something that they aren't. Or you could do $1 - $5 spread limit instead. What chip denoms are you using for your antes and blinds?

You could also just say all chips are worth $1, no matter what they have printed on them.
