Looks like he's traveling around AZ/NV playing golf. My girlfriend's friend works at a hotel in Mesa, AZ and said Nick tried to use his girlfriends credit card to check in a couple weeks ago. She thought it was suspicious, googled his name and found the web site detailing his theft. When she denied him he pretended to call his girlfriend about the situation then said he'd leave a negative review on Yelp, which he did under a fake alias.

Unfortunately they get a lot of traffic from homeless and shady folks. No bathrooms available either. Staff is friendly but not a safe store inside or out.

I just want to clarify this to prevent any potentially defamatory rumors from circulating. Nick was served papers while playing 1-2 at South Point, however he is not listed as a party to the litigation at this time. He is believed to have relevant knowledge as it pertains to a civil case against his current or former girlfriend.

At 10:45AM on the day of his appointment, he sent a text saying the student he was instructing in tennis at the Ojai Valley Inn was ill, so he had to change his schedule around. I replied, thanking him for letting me know and told him to let me know when he would like to reschedule.

I heard nothing from him until the morning of July 2, 2019, when I received a notification that the money he sent had been canceled and pulled back. I sent him a text that he might want to re-think that move, because I am out as a sex worker and have no problem shouting this to the heavens.

There was a lot of back and forth - he denied cancelling it, tried to bargain with me for lower cancellation fee, acted insulted that I wouldn't trust him. I replied that our agreement was payment in full. At one point he said the money had been re-sent, and then asked for the email he was supposed to send it to. he continued to claim innocence the entire time.

He finally re-sent the fee, and I asked him to be a good guy this time and not cancel it.

I just received another notification that he cancelled the second transaction as well. So here I am telling my story.

I have screen shots and emails to back it up.

This should be stickied (huhuhuh) but seriously good job girl. yes he is a scumbag its too bad he wasted your time, but it made a great story.
