At first the stake started well, then after a 2 month downswing and being in MU, Max stated he didnt want to play poker anymore and has flat out refused to play and come to an agreement to pay back any of the MU. Occasionally responds to contact attempts but no payment has been made since. Last played August 14th 2011.

After being in MU over 2k and running bad, playing activity slowly detered and the last contact was on 19th Jan via email when he was supposed to set up a payment plan, no correspondence since.

Dave has not played on the stake since October after it became apparent he wasnt trustworthy and couldnt handle the varience of the game, he repeatedly refused to play when he was in MU. He usually ignores all contact attempts and occasionally still plays on stars.

Dologon, Bukidnon is not in Thailand. It's in the Philippines. Also, it's hard to imagine a European poker player ending up there.

I contacted K-Swiss on the day this was posted about getting a repayment schedule sorted, he promised he would do it immediately and let me and Mr Pop know. He instead logged out and hasn't came back but has continued to play on Stars. Will give him until the end of this week to re-appear or he will be banned.

I was hoping to avoid posting here about Iknowurleaks but he he has given me no other choice. He didn't roll me but is a horse that we did let go because he just way underperformed and never got any better. He then proceeded to reapply for a stake under an assumed name, IP matched obv, and sent us renamed HHs of much better players substituting his user name for that of the players with find and replace. He is now sending those 2 HHs out to numerous other backers looking for a stake.

The final straw is when he changed our email address on accounts that we share disabling our system of communication. He used the email centrasx@gmail.com which was also the email he signed up to our site with. He is claiming this part was an accident, but I obv do not believe him.

His IP address is 89.190.123.42

Amberjill is the other account name he used on our site and on Stars

He also has given our forums log information out to friends of his. This is not a person to be trusted.

Simple two-tournament package. Player did not play the second tournament and failed to refund money. After 1 week and MP approval revoke, he paid many of the investors. The last I heard from Ferry was on the April 14th, 2012 where he asked for a reload. I told him I would need to see a Playing History Audit before I would be able to send a reload. He said "okay" and logged off.

I normally don't report people after just a week, but Ferry is a new stake and that Skype convo doesn't sit right. I've contacted him in every way possible along with his reference's Skype and his brother e-mail. I haven't heard a word back from anyone. When calling his phone I got a message saying it was temporarily out of service.

I want to be clear.. This horse did not roll on us. She broke the contract/agreement she made with us. The terms of the contract was 8000 $3/18man SnGs total (1k/month). After just 65 games, a wealth of information including HH Reviews, Strategy Videos and at least one sweat session, she decided to break the contract in favor of "a MTT staking deal with a friend".

We set a deal for him to play 8$ 180 man, cause he is a very profitable player in 2,5$ 180 man (huge volume), and at 8$ too (small sample).

I send him 200$, cause our first stake, and he told me that put the other half and start playing 8$ 180 man.

After fisrt day he played some PLO HU HT, and i saw that he normaly do that, and told me that was with his money.

He asked to play 2-3 3r 180 man, because of low traffic at that hour, and i say he can play maximum that number.

Next day i saw that he played much more.

Told him that fpps should be used to plat sarrtys and T$ added to BR.

Two days after and his running bad, and lost 120$ in the PLO HU SNG, asking me for more money, cause have to pay his University and so on, and cant play again the 2,5$.

He had some tables open, and god bless him, so ship one and make 2º in another.

This night played again the PLO HU HT.

He broke all that rules, and hi told him that want to finish the deal, and that want my money and my share of profits, and that HU losses will be suported by him.

He ask to continue the staking, saying that need to pay the University, and i told him that he brooke all rules, and i dont had enought confidence to continue.

He block me at skype, and continue playing everydays at Stars.

Dont answer to my chat conversation (tryed 3/4 times), and dont say nothing.

His not a active member at 2+2, but i hope this warning can help furure backers.

June of last year he asked for for a string of small loans, I didn't know him that well but he was friends with a bunch of my friends who had nothing but good things to say so I went through with it. After a bit he comes back to me and says he is running bad and can't pay me back (he owed me $600 on June of last year). I let it go for a while assuming that he would pay me back once he got the money.

A month ago, Bodhen comes to me asking for a stake for 50 plo. He is looking to pay of his debt to me and has reasonably good results at plo so i go through with it. After a week, I find out that he simply stole the money i sent him for the stake ($1000), and withdrew it from his account. He sends me a series of emails saying his stars account is locked, but he refuses to come and talk to me or send me corresponding emails between him and stars making his story really hard to believe. My last contact with him was on April 4th, and he has been blatently ignoring my messages since then (his last 2p2 sign in date was the 6th).

Anyways, just a warning never to do any business with this total scumbag. I was only trying to help him out with his situation and he decides that its a good idea to steal money from me, it really shows what kind of a human being he is.

Just a quick update on NofxFan spoke with him a couple weeks go while he was playing on Carbon (GoodGuysWinInTheEnd) sn about this stuff he needs to clear up. He was playing on lots of tables 9-10 anyways with probley 400$ spread around them all and watched him make multable rebuys,

Asked him about clearing his name and he for the most part ignored me. And said something about moving into a new place and not having internet.
