This isnt going to happen since his FTP account is banned i believe.

It might be best if nick ships it all to me (since ive got the most owed) and i pass it on to everyone else via FTP/stars. but thats up to you guys

If he makes good on things and repays everyone and is unbanned, will he just go on with a tarnished reputation but nothing indicating he scammed someone previously? What if someone new comes across him and thinks about trading with him and is unaware of this whole ordeal?

Today is the day for the first payments. I PM'ed nick yesterday asking if they would be paid he said yes as long as neteller was certified. I know you cant just setup a neteller account overnight.

Lets see what happens.

hey,

i should of posted here. nick has Pm'ed me today saying he is still verifying the account. for the time being i am happy. I know from personal experience that opening a neteller account does take sometime to get all setup. hopefully this will all be done in the coming days and we can all move forward.

been following this thread for awhile and what this P.O.S. is doin makes me sick... if ngaskin is actually "trying" to repay rje8686 et al. he obv isn't trying very hard. albeit it doesn't look like hes trying at all

imo ALL previous posts detailing his information, facebook details, screen-shots etc. should be undeleted and reposted until further progress is displayed by ngaskin

he's had a ridiculous amount of time. Just undelete it and tell him you'll delete it when it get paid back, maybe it'll speed things up

And what would you suggest? If you have some amazing solution that will get everyone's money back, I'm all ears. Pointless bitching isn't going to do anything, and frankly the posters who were ripped off have a say in this.
