I can photoshop myself onto the great wall of china, and I could make it look very, very realistic. Photo manipulation is surprisingly simple if you understand the basics.

and I've heard about Cornell Fiji or whatever his name was that ex mod who ripped off people for like $30k and now this.
Seriously, I wonder what things these people have in common, mentally speaking. I mean, do they lack morals, do they understand right from wrong, were they raised properly? I dunno be interesting to see what people think. Personally I tend to lean towards they are complete and utter ****ing scum that bring nothing to the table and are a burden on society and should be put down like a broke dick dog.

I think about 50% are scum and the other 50% are people who fall on hard times and decide this is a way to get out of it.

Honestly though either way people should not do this for the obvious reason that this is other people's money who are most likely not rich and it affects them. On top of the fact, a couple grand is not worth essentially living in fear of someone finding you.

Sucks for those that got scammed by this guy... I contacted him as well, but he claimed to get back to me because he had already sold all his points. I suspect my insistence to use an escrow because he had no trading references/background prevented him from trying anything with me.

Honestly, I wouldn't ever do a transaction with an unknown on here unless they have done site transfers in the official site transfer thread (Internet Poker forum) with respected posters or their references are from mods/or posters you personally know/respect. Post counts mean nothing if you don't know the poster personally or through reputable sources.

It's annoying setting up escrow, but worth it.

Anyone suggesting FTP take escrow should realize by now they will never do that. It's just more work for them and they have proven they aren't as helpful with that type of stuff like Stars can be. It's just the risk you take, so really take the time to research who you're dealing with. No respectable seller should have any problems with doing escrow with a reputable escrow holder.. it protects the buyer and the seller.

I honestly think you should have another rethink nick about returning any monies. you will be tracked down by the banks/police and immigration have been informed about your dealings. Oh and if you think your going to do a runner back to Aus, think again. We have got numerous contact names and numbers for Aus too.
