I told both backers that I had outstanding MU with her, following standard protocol

i've said this before and I acquiesced after awhile, but this witch is a menace to the entire operation

having her as mod or whatevr makes this not a poker forum at all and you have no credibility if you keep her as a mod

she's lied over and over again ITT, there are no more smart people left, she's drove off viewership and if I leave there isn't a damn thing good to read anymore ITF

It's really up to you to decide what kind of forum you want to be but no one wants to read a bunch of *******s with snarky one-liners, and that is all you have left if ppl like SGTRJ is a mod

Oh, so you're saying that the two backers that you are referencing as people you have failed to steal from in the past, and would bring in here as evidence that you are not currently trying to steal from RJ, are the same people who require a reference from RJ because they know you are in makeup to her? Surely having read this thread they are your side and agree that she is a witch, insane, obviously stupid, and cannot understand the math, right? So why would they need a reference from her when they have had nothing but good experiences with you and your word is so trustworthy?

Allegedly there were 3 backers before RJ that were paid in full.

But unsurprisingly, none of those 3 backers are willing to give him a positive reference.

So he had to resort to asking RJ for a vouch, even though he scammed her.

Here is an email exchange from Chris Neville dated 9-28-10, who is the owner of GR88 skin on Merge. By the time he was ready to stake me on Stars I was already in MU with RJ and stuck with her instead because I couldn't leave in MU as per our agreement

Doubt Chris will remember that I eventually turned down his stars stake because I was in MU with RJ, but I'm sure he will remember that I was the best player on the entire Site and paid promptly by the week and booked 6x his investment

The dude isn't missing or anything, right? Maybe if he came in here and vouched for you, you'd have your first positive reference from a living human being. Of course, if he'd vouch for you then why did you need RJ's positive reference so much? This is all so confusing. You've basically grabbed an email convo where you needed more money, you had terrible game selection, and there was a bad beat. OK. We all refuse to think anyone should stake you w/o an actual positive reference.

Maybe approaching this from another angle will help.

Let's say RJ decides to end the staking relationship on April 14th 2011.

There is $x in your PS account when she ends the staking relationship.

What do you do with the $x in this scenario?

Since you're telling the truth and have all the proof to back up your story, a screen shot of your cashier would be great.

But that would probably show you transferring stake money to one of your other accounts huh

the live backer referenced in the thread is Brant Freed, who I've lost contact with but who let me walk with thousands of dollars in my pocket

both can say I ended their deals in profit and could trust what I say about what's owed

that email also references former member p3rc4, who knew I was using two accounts at the time on stars

I didn't think it was a big deal, because if people use HUDS, I want to be anonymous and I never used a HUD because it's not fair imo

I was of course trolled to death about it, people calling me a cheater, w/e

A: an email indicating I was 1K in makeup early on in the stake when she cut MTTs
B: an email confirming the cashout protocol
C: 5 experienced poker players/backers who can verify I never gypped them.

what I don't have is the hand written notes I took on what she had action on.

And why is this woman even mad?

When she switched to just STTs she was on the phone with me while I played. Which means she was getting coaching from the best 6max STT player on the planet. I played well because I probably really wanted her to get better. She got free videos from the #1 STT 6max player in the world, and she's still not happy.

Whats ridiculous is that the MU has always been worth more than the cash because I print money at poker tables and am only worth 11/hour off it, so she gets paid much faster.

Why would anyone make such a poor business decision? Is she stupid or insane?

jeff , you claim to be a data analyst with an obsessive compulsive need to ge the numbers straight. What happened to emailing stars for a complete transaction history for your account and then posting the screenshots. The details can then be calculated. You beleieve your figures are correct so you should have no worries posting them and proving that you are telling the truth.

By not posting them , the only conclusion that can be drawn is that they don't back up your version of what happened.

There is only one insane person itt that I can see, and it isn't RJ.

Get a grip man, get some medication, get some therapy.

Have you got a picture of Jeff that you can post please, OP? I remember there was a thread I read once where a clown called Speedlimits refused to pay up on a debt, and his pics were posted and it just helped seal the deal and cause maximum shame to the thief.

It's only fair to post a picture, so that other people know exactly who this tool is so they can avoid this vermin like the plague in the future.
